CIRCLE OF EXCELLENCE MOVER MEMBER
|
| TOMS RIVER, September 8, 2008—The New Jersey Warehousemen & Movers Association (NJWMA) has named Shannon Transport of Hainesport, NJ, its latest Circle of Excellence Mover Member. To qualify as a Circle of Excellence mover, the company must display professional competence and adherence to ethical standards on the part of movers operating in the state of New Jersey. |
According to the NJWMA, certification signifies that a moving company has agreed to operate under industry standards beyond the minimums required by law, thus ensuring a commitment to the highest levels of customer service and consumer satisfaction.
“We’re honored to have been accepted into the New Jersey Warehousemen & Movers Association ‘Circle of Excellence’ program, said Shawn O’Neil, Vice President of Business Development for Shannon Transport. It’s our mission to provide our customers with service that exceeds their expectations, and now with the NJWMA ‘Circle of Excellence’ affiliation, our efforts are validated.”
O’Neil goes on to say, “In an ever increasing competitive industry, NJWMA does an exemplary job of providing state and local resources and representation for licensed, legal moving companies. NJWMA is a key component to the success and future of this industry and the goals we strive to achieve each day.”
The Circle of Excellence Mover Program, a voluntary program available exclusively to members in good standing of the New Jersey Warehousemen & Movers Association (NJWMA), is designed to promote, encourage and recognize a licensed moving company’s commitment to operate beyond the minimum industry standards required by law (N.J.S.A. 45: D-1 et. Seq.; N.J.A.C. 13:44D-1 et. Seq.), and to achieve the highest levels of ethics, customer service and consumer satisfaction. |
